Drs. Hill & Thomas Co.
was established in 1908 as a privately held company that
quickly became an innovator in radiology. Today, the company
remains privately held, with a group of 20+ Board Certified,
multi-specialty radiologists located in Northeastern Ohio
and centered around Cleveland. We are one of the largest
private practice radiology companies in Ohio, where we provide
professional services for several freestanding facilities.
In addition, we are proud to have a long-term contractual
association with many of the area's best hospitals.
As a radiologist
with Drs. Hill & Thomas Co., you will
be able to practice medicine while our administrative, clerical,
and technical staff handles the day to day requirements of
the business. You will begin as a staff radiologist with
a generous vacation package, very limited call, and one weekend
per month. In addition, we have Nighthawk coverage—which
covers from 11pm-8am daily—so you do not have to work
nights. After a short time, you may be offered a full shareholder
contract that not only gives you more of a voice in the company,
it also gives you ownership. As an owner of this nearly 100
year old, secure company, you will play an integral role
in continuing the success of our rich history while helping
to guide us in the future.
