Free transportation available for Eastside Imaging Center, Westside Imaging Center and Southside Imaging Center patients

To ensure accessibility to all patients referred to Eastside Imaging Center, Westside Imaging Center and Southside Imaging Center, we have contracted with a reputable, professional transportation company. We promise to provide free transportation to all patients who do not have the resources to get to and from our facility. As a courtesy to both the physicians and patients, we will absorb the cost of this service.

If you need transportation, just call the appropriate center and we will make the arrangements for you.
